As one of the initial steps in
its efforts to draft a new five-year strategic plan for the Stevens Alumni Association,
the SAAs Strategic Planning Committee has created a new online survey.

The survey is one element of a strategic planning process currently being executed
involving internal and external analysis of the SAA organization. The other elements of
the research and analysis phase will include:
Review of the SAAs organizational structure in relation to its mission,
markets, values and vision.
Analysis of the organizations strengths, liabilities, opportunities and
threats.
Comparison with other alumni associations.
Review of the resources available to and needed by the SAA.
Analysis of the organizations communications and marketing plan.
