Online survey launched to augment SAA research

As one of the initial steps in its efforts to draft a new five-year strategic plan for the Stevens Alumni Association, the SAA’s Strategic Planning Committee has created a new online survey.

The survey is one element of a strategic planning process currently being executed involving internal and external analysis of the SAA organization. The other elements of the research and analysis phase will include:
• Review of the SAA’s organizational structure in relation to its mission, markets, values and vision.
• Analysis of the organization’s strengths, liabilities, opportunities and threats.
• Comparison with other alumni associations.
• Review of the resources available to and needed by the SAA.
• Analysis of the organization’s communications and marketing plan.
